Charles L. Ardito

Chief Executive Officer Chuck has been in the Utility Construction business since 1972, helping various cities and counties solve distribution, sewer and drainage issues. He is well experienced in GDOT work, large diameter casing bores, Pre-stress Concrete Pipe and Emergency Water Main Repairs. Chuck was one of the first to be certified with the water authority to preform wet taps on water mains and install large water meters for Cobb County Water System.

Chief Financial Officer/Utility Manager/Chief Estimator Chuck was introduced to Utility Construction as a young child in the family business established in 1972. He evolved and grew with the pipeline construction industry and started his own corporation in 2009. Expertise: Water Distribution, Sanitary Sewer and Storm Sewer, installation, maintenance and repair.

Lloyd Beatenbaugh

Utility Forman/Field Supervisor Pete (Lloyd) has been in the industry for 33 years doing Water, Sewer and Storm Drain work. He is responsible for providing direct in-field supervision of a pipe crew working on all phases of construction, maintenance and repair operations and programs of the company including all other related work as required. Pete works with city officials and personnel to ensure that the work is being completed per specs and as the city requires. He serves as the front-line Safety Officer for the job site, project and is directly responsible for the Safety of his crew.

Nicholas Jones

Utility Forman/Field Supervisor Nick has been in the industry for 10 years and brings 10 years of Master Plumbing knowledge.He is responsible for providing direct in-field supervision of a pipe crew working on all phases of construction, maintenance and repair operations and programs of the company including all other related work as required. Nick works with city officials and personnel to ensure that the work is being completed per specs and as the city requires.
